Stacey Lennon, Vice President of Talent Management Philadelphia International Airport | Northeast Philadelphia Airport
Stacey Lennon is the Vice President of Talent Management for the City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation, and directs human resources, training and development, occupational safety, and employee injury programs. She also works in collaboration with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Office to create and implement programs and workforce development initiatives that ensure equal possible outcomes for every individual. Mrs. Lennon serves on the ACI-NA DE&I working group to help establish a clear and actionable approach to the aviation industry’s commitments to DE&I. She is also a member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO).
Equipped with twenty-one years in various human resources disciplines, Mrs. Lennon brings experience in the non-profit sector and City government. Rising through the ranks, she’s worked as a HR receptionist, recruiter, examinations and classification analyst, HR manager, and critical to her aviation experience, executive assistant for the airports’ previous CEO and current CAO.
Mrs. Lennon is a lifelong resident of Philadelphia and obtained her diploma from the Philadelphia H.S. for Girls and Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of PA. Uptown Philly-born and raised by her mom and dad, she currently lives in Northeast Philadelphia with her husband, son, and daughter.
