Delicsha Wilds, Chief Administrative Officer

Delicsha Wilds was appointed the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Philadelphia Division of Aviation in November 2021. Ms. Wilds joined the Department of Aviation in 2019 at Deputy Director of Human Resources. As CAO, she oversees the Division's HR, Diversity & Inclusion, Information Security, Government Affairs, Community Engagement, Communications, Accessible Programs, Workforce Development and Racial Equity teams. 

Ms. Wilds has over 25 years of experience in HR management. Before joining the Department of Aviation, Ms. Wilds was the Administrative Services Director for the Office of Property Assessment. She was responsible for leading the administrative functions including, budget, procurement, payroll, facilities management, and human resources. She began her human resources career as a management trainee in the Philadelphia Department of Prisons, where she was promoted through the ranks to the Human Resources Manager.

Ms. Wilds is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA) Human Resources Committee. She has an MBA in HR Management from Capella University.
