Hispanic Heritage Month - Frontier Customer Service Agent Miguel Suarez Caro

September 15 to October 15 is National Hispanic Heritage Month, a time to celebrate the histories, cultures, and contributions of immigrants and American citizens whose ancestors came from Mexico, Spain, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. The City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation celebrates the contributions of Hispanic people in the aviation industry and beyond.

Meet Miguel Suarez Caro, a dedicated Frontier Customer Service Agent who finds joy in assisting guests from check-in to boarding. Suarez Caro started in his role nearly a year ago. He takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating global connections. His ability to form strong bonds with guests within minutes is a testament to his passion for his work.

“I like interacting with passengers,” he said. “No two days are the same. Every passenger has a different story.”
