Destinations with sun, sand and opportunities for outdoor recreation have been the top vacation spots for travelers this summer. Guests looking to continue that trend when the fall and winter chill set in will have another option at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) beginning November 2. Frontier Airlines is adding nonstop service three times a week to Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) in Nassau, Bahamas.
“Frontier has been committed to expanding its PHL roster with the routes to desirable destinations,” said Stephanie Wear, PHL Director of Air Service Development and Cargo Service. “Nassau is one of our underserved routes. It’s exciting that the airline is bringing the service to Philadelphia just in time for the winter vacation season.”
With the new service to Nassau, Frontier will offer nonstop service to 24 destinations in the U.S. and the Caribbean.
