Passengers wanting to fly to Atlanta (ATL), Detroit (DTW), Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP), Salt Lake City (SLC) and beyond from PHL will have more options in August, when Delta increases its Philadelphia schedule. Compared to June, the number of seats available on Delta’s August flights from PHL is 132 percent greater.
In May and June, Delta had reduced its PHL schedule to four and seven flights per day, respectively. As passenger demand has increased, Delta reinstated service to SLC in July and increased frequencies on its other routes. Beginning August 1, Delta will operate flights from Philadelphia to ATL six times daily, DTW and MSP four times daily each, and SLC once daily.
For those passengers traveling for the first time in some time, they will notice new health and safety procedures at the airport and while flying Delta. For more on Delta’s COVID-19 protocols, visit delta.com/us/en/travel-update-center/overview.
