How It Works

Apply Online

Complete your application online 1-7 days prior to your visit.

Receive digital pass

If approved, you’ll receive an email with your digital Wingmate Pass, valid for entry on your approved date.

Security screening

Enter through a designated TSA checkpoint at Terminals A-East, A-West, B, D, E, or F with your digital pass and REAL ID or passport.

Eligibility & rules

TSA-Approved Real ID or Passport is required.
Applications for minors under the age of 18 are permitted with an adult over the age of 18 listed on the application. Approved minors must remain under adult escort during their Wingmate visit (max 3 minors per adult).
No more than one personal item (a purse, small bag, or briefcase) is permitted.
All applications are reviewed by TSA to determine approval status. TSA reserves the right to deny applications.
No re-entry once you exit.
No access to TSA PreCheck.
International arrivals must be met in designated hall.
